No. Pigeon allergy commonly develops if exposed to its allergens. However, if an individual is susceptible to acquired allergies then he may be at risk in having the said illness. Susceptibility to allergies of a child depend if both parents have weak genes being unable to support the immunity system. On the other hand, if one of the two parents can properly and strongly support the immunity system of the child then allergic reactions may be impossible.
